me

How do you decide what you want to tell people about yourself?  What are the things that define us?

Is it where we live or where we are from?  If either of these is the case; I moved back to Omaha, NE in October of 2016 after living in scenic Buck’s County PA for close to nine years. I was born in Bismarck, ND and spent the time in between Bismarck and Buck’s touring the Midwest compliments of Ma Bell.

From Omaha my life took me to Syracuse, NY – and now to Nashville, TN.

Is it who our family and friends are?  In that event, I am blessed beyond measure.

I am the mother of 3 awesome kids.  They’re not only smart, talented and funny, they are also incredibly good looking.  (I have to say these things, I’m their mother 😉 )

I am the daughter, sister, niece, cousin, granddaughter, and friend of some of the smartest, funniest, loving, and colorful characters you could hope to run across in life.  If you met any of them, it would explain a lot about me.

Is who we are where we work or what we do?  If it is, you can check me out on LinkedIn Profile (this is a ‘work free’ zone).  In summary, I’ve been a professional member of Corporate America for longer than a few years.

Maybe we’re characterized by our interests and hobbies.

I’m a toes in the sand kind of girl and love sunshine and summertime.  I love to read, music brings joy to my life,  I take pictures of everything (often to my children’s chagrin and embarrassment) and I’m hopelessly addicted to crime shows.

A love of writing found its way into my life in an interesting way. It started with one online class in January 2010, in pursuit of that endeavor, I joined the Philadelphia Writers Meetup group and started this crazy little blogging thing. Since then I’ve discovered the world of creating visual art music and piano lessons are back in my life.

I have no idea what’s next, it seems the possibilities are endless.

This blog represents making the impossible possible and knowing that dreams really can come true.

It’s about me, ‘just being me’.

    1. Just checked out your website. Fantastic. I live on Big Sand Lake and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Your photos are great. Also enjoy visiting with your parents every summer.

    1. Kristi, thank you so much for this kind honor. I spent some time thinking about it and unfortunately at this point I just don’t have the time to carry out the award properly so I will accept your kind words and thank you for thinking of me.

      Have an awesome day!

  1. I wish you all the best in making the impossible possible. Thank you for following my blog.
